HonestReporting is under no obligation to send you the prize if you have not complied with the following steps:

1. truthfully complete all required fields on the Registration Form;

2. abide by these Official Rules.

REGISTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS:

Effect of Registering

By registering (i.e. entering your e-mail address and agreeing to abide by these Official Rules), you become a Registrant. Registrations will be deemed made by the person whose name was given in the registration process. Registrants are required to subscribe to the HonestReporting email list if not already signed up, and remain HonestReporting subscribers at least until the prize drawing date. Any Registrant who unsubscribes from the HonestReporting e-mail list before this date loses the right to participate in the prize draw.

Every person who subscribed to HonestReporting through referral from a registrant will be entered in the prize drawing. Referrer will be given additional chances to win through every additional valid referral.

Registrants release and hold harmless HonestReporting, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or any good received. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.

HonestReporting assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted registrations or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.

Eligibility

Employees of HonestReporting, its sponsors, respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, insurers, suppliers, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

The Prizes

• Grand Prize - Round-trip airline tickets beween anywhere in the world to Israel, subject to the limitations below:

The flights to Israel may be booked through the travel agent of your choice. Upon receipt of a valid invoice from an established travel agency for travel to and from Israel, HonestReporting will subsidize directly up to $2,000 of the purchase price. If invoice is less than $2,000, HonestReporting will pay total of invoice and is under no obligation to provide additional funds. If invoice total is higher than $2,000, HonestReporting is under no obligation to pay amount in excess of $2,000. HonestReporting is not responsible for missed flights or delays or anything beyond the commitment to pay up to $2,000 upon receipt of a valid invoice for travel to Israel. There can be no cash alternative should the winner be unable to take advantage of the prize.

• Second Prize - Apple iPod Touches:

Five winners will be chosen to receive an Apple iPod Touch which will be sent to the address you provide after you are notified by email that you are a winner. All warranty issues are the responsibility of the Apple Corporation. Winner agrees to hold HonestReporting harmless for any manufacturing defects or damages in shipping. There can be no cash alternative should the winner be unable to take advantage of the prize.

• Third Prize - HonestReporting Cap and Fleece Sets:

Ten winners will be chosen to receive an HonestReporting Cap and Fleece Set which will be sent to the address you provide after you are notified by email that you are a winner.

Disqualification

Should HonestReporting determine, in its sole discretion, that any Registrant has violated any of the prohibitions contained in these Official Rules, HonestReporting shall have no obligation to award a Prize to such Registrant.

Potential Prize winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours after the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Failure to respond to prize notification within a reasonable period may also result in disqualification

Caution

Any attempt by a registrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the HonestReporting web service is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, HonestReporting reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability Limitation

HonestReporting is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the HonestReporting services or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in this promotion. HonestReporting expressly disclaims any liability arising from the use of registration information by third parties.

HonestReporting assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. HonestReporting is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this service.

If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of HonestReporting that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, HonestReporting reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
