Ephraim took over the reins of HonestReporting in 2000 after it was founded by a group of students in England and helped it grow to the largest Israel media advocacy group in the world. In late 2001, he organized an Independent USA Board of Directors and established HonestReporting as a registered non-profit (501c3) organization.
In 2005, Ephraim recruited new management and staff, to drive the growth of HonestReporting. In 2006, HonestReporting will formally gain recognition as an independent Amutah (Charitable Organization) in Israel.
Ephraim immigrated to Israel in 1998, dedicating much of his time to setting up the Israel office for Hasbara Fellowships
(www.israelactivism.com), which is now the largest network of pro-Israel activists on campus throughout the U.S. and Canada, and of which he remains a Co-Director. Co-founded by the Foreign Ministry of Israel, they have trained 1,000 student leaders on over 100 campuses, to produce strategic, ongoing advocacy programming designed to swing the tide of public opinion towards Israel.

Suzanne joined HonestReporting in early 2004 with the specific task of developing HonestReporting's Missions, which were then in their infancy stages, to being the best on the Market. Since day one, Suzanne has strived to reach that goal, overseeing each Mission personally, from the initial planning stages, right through to staying in touch with the many new friends she acquires in each group, once the Mission is over. Judging by the positive feedback, she seems to be attaining her objective, describing the Missions as an experience that will both pamper and inspire. Today, Suzanne receives applications for Missions over a year in advance. Such is the popularity and esteem in which our Missions are held.
Originally from North-East England, with a background in business administration, Suzanne made aliyah in 1990, and married soon after that. She lives in the Modiin area with her husband and four sons, aged 9 - 15.
