Is the Megaphone Mac/Linux compatible?

Yes! the new 'Web Assistant' version, available from our website at http://www.honestreporting.com/24HR/ works on the Mac and Linux (both with FireFox only).

How can I uninstall?

Old Desktop version: To manually uninstall the Megaphone application, please select these Windows menus in the following order, starting from the Start menu:
Start -> Programs -> Collactive -> Uninstall Collactive Desktop.

New 'Web Assistant version':
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add Or Remove Programs
Then look for 'Collactive Web Assistant' and click on its 'Remove' button.

The installation failed, what should I do?

Please try to restart your browser, download the Megaphone installation and run it again. If the problem persists, we would appreciate any further information as to the exact error message that appears when the installation fails.
